Stephanie will guide an experiential designed to give you a greater appreciation of each moment as well as reducing stress & suffering. The evening will include a short grounding relaxation technique, a way to unplug the voice in your head, and a short meditation helping you feel your sensory experience as a flowing massage. We will end with a very light-hearted exercise that releases endorphins instantly. You'll leave feeling energized and more relaxed.

Stephanie Nash is a mindfulness & body-language coach & speaker who is a top expert in the uniquely effective Unified Mindfulness system, developed by Shinzen Young, with whom she has taught for over 20 years. She is a featured presenter on Insight Timer. Stephanie's natural sense of humor & play help make her workshops enjoyable and engaging.
She designed & taught a mindfulness training for a Harvard Medical School brain study, recorded meditations for a Carnegie Mellon stress reduction study, and gives presentations on using mindfulness for stress reduction, pain management, healthier eating, and to enhance performance, productivity & happiness. She co-led UCLA’s first ever lab for a Humanities curriculum exploring how mindfulness affects learning.
