Saturday Nov 2nd
2:00PM- 4:00PM

Anxiety is high in our culture right now – but there’s a way back to center. Rev. Connie Habash will show you the 3 keys to living a more calm, confident and courageous life. You'll also learn to use anxiety as a doorway to your own transformation and awakening!

We’ll delve into presence, embodiment, and self-compassion through guided meditation, mindfulness practices,  gentle movement and group exploration. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, a journal and a pen. Seating is in comfortable theatre-style seats.

Rev. Connie L. Habash, MA, LMFT  is an author, interfaith minister, yoga & meditation teacher, psychotherapist, and seasoned group facilitator.
