We are not guided by any single dogma or text. We blend ancient wisdom teachings with modern practical spirituality. Unity San Jose honors and celebrates the diversity of all people.
 

What We Believe 

We believe that God is infinite Source energy, and is present everywhere. Each of us is a divine expression of that unlimited Source. We deepen our spiritual understanding and connection to God through meditation and affirmative prayer. We believe that by changing our thinking we can transform our lives and ultimately make the world a better place.

Unity San Jose is a part of the global association of Unity churches.
