Who is Unity San Jose?

We are a community bonded together by a  shared desire to grow spiritually. Our Sunday Services, mid-week meditations, workshops, and other gatherings are designed to support you on your spiritual journey.

Spiritual but Not Religious

Unity is not a religion– it’s a spiritual movement. So instead of a church we call Unity a Spiritual Center. We have no dogma and no creed to follow. Just a general set of spiritual principles.  We believe that God is in and through all things, and that God is known by many names and many religions.

We believe that spiritual wisdom can be found anywhere, so we draw inspiration from various faith traditions and insights from modern authors.
